Week 4 Predictions
Finally, conference season is upon us. So my record should drift back towards .500. Less patsies to beef up on.
Was perplexed by a few games:
ACC: Wake @ BC .... tough pick since BC is really struggling and I have little faith in Wake's road ability.
Big12: All OOC games, but two toughies South Miss @ Missouri and Tex Tech @ Houston
Big East: Seven OOC games and a bye still makes this week more simple
Big10: Penn St without top LBs could bite them, but had to go with home team.
Pac10: Cal could be looking ahead to next week's USC game
SEC: Originally picked all the road teams in conference, but had to backtrack, cause I doubt the road team goes 4-0 in conference this week. Sorry Ole Miss.

Iowa- Penn State will hopefully be the 2nd-best Big Ten game of the year
But I don’t want to put that much faith in Stanzi.
Also, you have Ole Miss falling Columbia?

Honestly, I had no idea which road team is going to lose in the SEC this week. But in all 4 conference games, the road team looks like a huge favorite. I tried to pick the one I felt that had the best chance to lose.
Looks like I misread the schedule (I thought Bama was on the road, but they actually have a home game). I will leave Ole Miss as the upset though, just for the heck of it.
Interesting note, of the Top 9 AP teams (#10 Oklahoma has a bye), 6 of them are on the road this week. I wonder how many of them go down, one, two, three or more? We shall see.
This may end up being a lot like 2007
In which there are a number of very good teams with 1 or more losses, and the MNC selection will be as controversial as they come.
