James Louis - ONE OF US

Florida wide receiver James Louis has committed to play for Ohio State:
Ohio State has picked up its first verbal commitment from a wide receiver for the class of 2010. Four-star prospect James Louis has pledged to join the Buckeyes, pushing their number of verbal commitments into double digits in the process.
As you may remember from the last recruiting update, Louis was one of three big-targets for Ohio State; along with fellow Sunshine State prospect Christian Green and Cleveland Shaw product Tyrone Williams. From Scout:
Louis, a four-star prospect from Delray Beach (Fla.) Atlantic, caught 56 passes for 1,128 yards as a junior while earning third-team all-state honors.
Listed at 5-11, 180 pounds, Louis is ranked by Scout.com as the No. 26 wideout in the country.
He becomes verbal commitment No. 10 for OSU's class of 2010 and the first wide receiver to join the class.
Highlight time!
As one of the guys on the BuckeyePlanet thread so eloquently put it:

Just to show how big of a get this is: according to his Rivals profile, he picked Ohio State over offers from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Miami, Florida State, Oregon, Tennessee, LSU, South Carolina and Virginia Tech. Dude had offers from half of the SEC, and he still opted to come north. Even more ammo against the "southern athlete/warm weather" mythos, I guess. But screw all that: we accept him, WE ACCEPT HIM, one of us, gooble gobble, GOOBLE GOBBLE:

To be fair, the action on his offer from UF consisted of the following:
JL: I’m going to commit to the Gators
UF: No.
I'm confused...
what’s Brodie so upset about?
And welcome, Louis, to the Buckeye family!!!
