Those are disgusting.

And only Alabama should have numbers on the helmet.

check out the other post on this.

They are throwbacks to the 1954 uniforms worn for the national title winners (Rose Bowl).

As long as the stripe on the top of the uniform from the shoulder to neck is added, it looks pretty close (except for the modernization somewhat).

That's the thing I don't understand

If you’re having throwbacks, shouldn’t they basically be the same as the uniform they’re copying? Why the changes?

It never gets to be easy

not sure what your point is. Did you want them to wear the exact style back then (shirts hanging out, long sleeves etc)? If that’s the case, puts our guys at a competitive disadvantage for holding and tackling.

If that stripe is along the top, I believe the look is pretty close to the original. Albeit modernized.

I like it

But if Pryor loses his helmet again, could he get a penalty for wearing the wrong number?

Is this a forgone conclusion? Are we really going to have to watch an entire game with the boys dressed in those?

Isn’t the offense the most disgusting thing Buckeye fans should be subjected to seeing on the field?
