Larimore's injury isn't as serious as it appeared at the time of this writing, but one other note: Marcus Hall did get in for a few snaps, spelling JB Shugarts. Shugarts was intermittently average yesterday, but did not struggle so mightily as to draw attention to himself. Do any of you think his job is in danger?

You know what, I'm just gonna let it slide. It's obvious that the slobberfest for the Bearcats will continue unabated until someone in the Big East decides to stop them. That just might happen in Tampa in about two weeks, but until then, I think the AP will do all it can to stoke a non-existent rivalry.

Anderson Russell deserves quite a bit of credit; he looked good, though I think he was responsible for one of Tandon Doss's longer gains. Nevertheless, two turnovers all but erases one missed assignment. This game was huge for his mental state.

i'm anxious to see if the play calling stays like this the rest of the year.

especially in the big games at penn state and michigan. i love that pryor takes virtually every snap from the shotgun now, but i fear that tressel is just going to go back to mr. conservative and play the field position/3-yards-and-a-cloud-of-dust game against an overrated penn state team.
