And we finally leapfrogged the "best team in Ohio", though they had a bye.
What we learned in the Big Ten: Week 6 - Big Ten - ESPN
"Ohio State's defense is the Big Ten's best unit" - that took until week 6? I guess Iowa made a name for itself with the PSU game, but, statistically, the Hawks haven't been that impressive, and weren't particularly great against Michigan either. Of course, that doesn't make the prospect of our offensive line versus their DL any less terrifying.

Ray Small gets the special teams nod. Here's a sad stat: Ohio State's last KO return for a touchdown? Ted Ginn, before the deluge in Glendale on that fateful night in January 2007.
BuckeyeXtra - Bob Hunter commentary: Fans shouldn't get too excited about this win
Would Bob Hunter like some cheese with that whine?
Offense, unsurprisingly, gets one Buckeye leaf; defense gets the customary 5, but the special teams nets only three? Really? Thoma's punts did depreciate in value over time, but that feels like nitpicking given Ray Small's return and Pettrey getting his groove back.
Purdue stung, but not surprised, by stumbles | StarTribune.com
Danny Hope is now a fatalist:
Purdue coach Danny Hope didn't anticipate a rosy outcome Saturday, despite his team's early success.
His team is last in the conference in turnover margin, and this weekend, one of the conference's ballhawkin'est defenses comes to town. Should be fun.
